QUALITY MANAGER (f/m)

TÜV InterCert Group of TÜV Saarland with its headquarters in Bonn, Germany and other international affiliates offers a wide range of tests and certification as well as services. Our fields of activity include auditing and certification of management systems and processes of all kinds of companies, test and certification of products, conformity survey of European directives, international and national standards, TÜV InterCert technical service as well as inspection of civil and industrial sites.

Tasks:

• Proactively you plan quality measures and adjust them in the team.
• You prepare audits and realize them.
• Optimization of existing quality processes and implementation of new schemes.
• Beside this, you support the management's efforts in installing a practice oriented QM-system.
• As a multiplicator for all quality topics you will share your knowledge by teaching your colleagues and interested clients worldwide.
• You are responsible for the location in Germany as well as for our affiliates abroad.

Profile/ Requirements:

• Relevant university degree in natural sciences,
• At least five years professional experience in an international environment, preferably but not necessarily in a certification body,
• Experience in the sector of internal/ external audits,
• Experience in personnel management in industrial or services sectors,
• Willingness to work self dependently and to take leadership in projects,
• Assertiveness und creativity, i.e. willingness to elaborate and implement improvement measures,
• Good comprehension of economic and technical topics,
• Analytical way of thinking and good structured work manner,
• The applicant shall have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent command of German and English language is obligatory.
• Readiness to travel.
