Banque de Tunisie finished training for customer satisfaction

TÜV InterCert GmbH – Group of TÜV Saarland is glad to announce that by end of May 2016 employees of the Banque de Tunisie successfully completed training according to ISO 10001:2007 “Quality management - Customer satisfaction - Guidelines for codes of conduct for organizations”.
The Banque de Tunisie has a long tradition in Tunisia. With over 100 branches and almost 200 ATMs, it is one of the largest banks in Tunisia.
The restructuring of the past few years was intended to maintain existing relationships and attract new customers. The Banque de Tunisie continues to be closer to the customer, motivated by the desire to offer the customer a better service quality and to respond more to the needs of customers through a series of new products.
The training was the next logical step to improve service quality and thus higher customer satisfaction. Further trainings and certifications are planned.
